My stay at the resort was quite disappointing. The accommodation was not what I expected, and the service left much to be desired. While the local staff were genuinely welcoming, the management seemed unprepared to handle issues, affecting the overall experience. Despite a couple of highlights like the spa and spacious rooms, the inconsistencies in service and dining significantly overshadowed any positives.

The rooms were spacious and included two front porches, a living room, bedroom, a modern bathroom, and an outdoor shower. However, there were exposed wires which felt dangerous and showed a lack of attention to detail.

Yasawa Resort has beautiful surroundings and a stunning view of the ocean, making it a scenic getaway. The villas are clean and comfortable, but the service falls short due to limited activities and inadequate dining options. The food lacks quality and variety, which is disappointing for a resort of this caliber. While the location is absolutely breathtaking, a few improvements in customer care and entertainment could elevate the experience significantly.

My stay at Yasawa Island was nothing short of paradise. The loction is simply breathtaking, with crystal clear waters and sandy beaches that make you feel as though you've stepped into a postcard. The rooms were spacious and clean, although they could use a little updating. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making our experience truly memorable. However, the dining could be hit-or-miss, with some meals being fantastic while others were just average. Overall, it's a great escape, especially for those looking to disconnect and enjoy nature.

We were impressed by the vibrant floral arrangements throughout the property and the welcoming demeanor of the staff. We felt like family among the staff and other guests, making it a truly memorable experience.
